Yes of course. Requests received outside of our business hours will receive a response the next business day. (See dates of UNAVAILABILITY below).
I made a payment for after hours. When will I receive my translation?
Payments made outside of business hours, that is, after 4:30 pm or during the weekend (including Colombian holidays), will be received the next business day.
Example: A payment made on Tuesday at 7:00 pm, with a delivery time of 1 business day (according to quote) will be received by our team the next business day, for this example, Wednesday. Therefore, you can be sure that you will receive your translation on Thursday at the latest.
