I made a payment for after hours. When will I receive my translation?
Payments confirmed outside of business hours, that is, after 4:30 pm or during the weekend (including Colombian holidays), will be acknowledged the next business day.
Example: A payment made on Tuesday at 7:00 pm, with a delivery time of 1 business day (according to quote) will be received by our team the next business day, for this example, Wednesday. Therefore, you can be sure that you will receive your translation on Thursday at the latest.

Translation quality: the translation not only captures the meaning of the words but also the context, embedding, and/or setting necessary for the proper use of the words and the translation as a whole. 3. Price: The cost and value of the translations are balanced and not excessive compared to the market. I say this after reviewing several quotes. 4.
